Posters & Banners....do they stil work? + FOREX UPDATE

I just want to quickly share something I think will benefit everyone.

Today, I will be talking about something that will benefit us very well expecially if you're thinking of starting a business.

 

I have found estate agency a vey easy and cheap business to do. Am not assuring you that you will turn a millionaire overnight, but am certain you would become a CEO and making money will be easier.

 

I usually don't advise to bill clients too much when you begin because you need to first be known for what you're doing and to have a better understanding of the methods and approaches.

 

I neede to quickly rent out some buildings and I looked and looked for clients, however, it was very hard. I had earlier thought I needed to go to banks and offices to market, but it looked very stressful and I knew it woupd be hard to market in banks and to produce business cards would be expensive, so I decided to do something else........

 

So, I designed two posters once, and set them at the nysc board at the local government.  I wanted to start a real estate business and this was my very first time. This I did set up at around 3pm.

Ohhhh my God! I began to receive so many phone calls that I didn't even know what to do after a week. In just two weeks,  I had rented out all the rooms I had and it was now becoming a problem for me to get rooms to rent. Eventually, I had to turn my callers to another agent who had houses but no customers.

So, I said, I can actually get many things done with posters. Maybe I should post about selling cars or buying used cars. Maybe I should just be the middle man who brings the buyer to the seller just like olx or and Jumia. In fact, a house agent does not usually have houses, he's just the middle man rendering services and making cool money from it.

I let posters do the Job and here was I enjoying myself and just

 receiving calls.

What am I saying, making money can be easy if we find a need and we meet this need. We need to know what people need and how to announce to them that you can supply their needs.

An example is palm wine. It's possible that palm wine will not sell in united states if not well packaged. However, here in Nigeria, you can sell palm wines even from cups or used bottles.  Have you noticed that those that sell sobo and kunu use used bottles? These kinds of drinks may not sell well abroad. But if you design sonething and put it at the right place like I did, making money would be easier.

 

The point am trying to make is that you can make money by selling anything. The poster is posted did cost me just 200 naira. I designed it myself and printed on A4 paper. Already, I have made thousands from this 200 naira investment.....oh maybe transportation too....well, we can say 400 naira investment.

 

So, never think you cannot be the agent of your area, look for a printer and set small banner at your bus stop. Am sure you will not regret it!

This is uptrend.  Making a purchase on this market may not be a wrong decision to make.
Please, always ensure that you have other streems of income. You cannot make forex your only source of income especially when you're just about 3 years old in the business.
